摘要
Single subcutaneous injection of colon carcinogen 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH) have been found to increase the intercellular adhesion and lipid peroxidation in colon epithelium and liver of BALB/c mice at least for a month. The disturbances were unexpected in AKR/j mice, and in butilated hydroxytoluene-treated BALB/c mice. Data obtained prove the correlation between the increase of colonocytes adhesion and DMH-stimulated lipid peroxidation in colon epithelium at early stage of DMH-carcinogenesis.
