摘要
Induced optical activity (IOA) arising in cyclodextrin complexes (CDx) with achiral and chiral organic molecules as investigated by chiroptical spectroscopy together with the brief description of the IOA phenomenon have been discussed. The information types obtained by mentioned methods have been characterized. The combination of these methods with the theoretical description of the phenomenon has been shown to receive information on the thin complexes structure including the orientation of the guest molecule in the host cavity. The possibilities of the approach also allow to describe the formation of two-guest complexes and the selection of chiromers under complexing.(~)The bibliography includes 188 references.
