摘要
The article presents the results of the research devoted to the problem of determining the characteristics of the time perspective balance in terms of quantitative filling by motivational objects. The research was conducted with a group of people who had engaged or had been engaging in business for 15 years, had been living in the Siberian region, and that had different economic results. The research finds out how to distinguish and characterize the balance of the time perspective and to correlate certain options and types of the time perspective balance with personal traits and efficiency. The obtained results allow assuming the trend to forecast successfulness and effectiveness of a person's activities on the basis of time perspective balance characteristics. Such characteristics can be considered as the allocated qualitative time perspective zones corresponding to one of the three types of the time perspective balance. They are "optimal time perspective"; "the united time perspective" or "the quasi-intensive time perspective". In the course of the study, we have revealed two qualitative zones with a low number of motivational objects and a large number of motivational objects located in the time perspective corresponding to the "united" and "quasi-intensive" time perspective and one intermediate time perspective that corresponded to "optimal time perspective". The article considers correlations of personal characteristics related to the ability to cope with life's difficulties and to live meaningfully, with certain types of the time perspective balance. The obtained results confirm the assumption that the balanced type of the time perspective is correlated with the stability and success of the individual in activity. Individuals with "optimal" time perspective are sufficiently wisely creating plans and identifying goals, and they are able to cope successfully with life's difficulties. Two other types of the time perspective balance ("united" and "quasi-intensive") correspond to individuals with certain aspects of inefficiency in their activities, nonetheless the behavior of people belonging to these groups will be different. The results of the conducted studies provide great opportunities for further research of the influence of the time perspective balance on the personal activity effectiveness in various spheres, with different life experiences.
