摘要
Diamond films made with CH4 and H-2 by hot-filament assisted CVD were studied in situ by Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) using deposits of Ag on the diamond films. Raman spectra characteristic of microcrystalline materials with a structure at I 242 cm(-1) assigned to phonons at the Brillouin zone boundary were observed.
