摘要
For high-speed forced internal combustion engines (hereinafter ice), cylinder bushings are made of heat-resistant steels, providing high strength, stiffness and minimum creep. To reduce wear, the sleeves are coated with porous chromium or nitrided. The most efficient way to increase the wear resistance of carbon steels is internal boration, which increases the resistance of the structure to overheating and after heat treatment significantly increases the hardness of the metal, but reduces the ductility. To eliminate the brittle destruction of borated metal and maintain high strength and wear resistance, a technology for the manufacture of bushings has been developed, in which the inner layers of metal (from the side of the mirror) are saturated with boron and after appropriate heat treatment acquire high hardness and wear resistance, and the outer layers do not contain boron retain high strength, plasticity and toughness. The technology of manufacturing a wear resistant cylinder liners of internal combustion engines includes induction melting quality carbon steel and layered 40KHL the casting of metal in a centrifugal machine.
