URBAN PLANNING AND TERRITORY IN LATE ANTIQUITY IN HISPANIA

In this paper we analyze the reality of the cities of late antiquity in Spain, as well as the proliferation of villae, among other reasons related with the tax burden imposed on citizens of the time. In a multidisciplinary approach contextualize the regulation of life in Hispanic urban and rural centers, subject to numerous transformations, leisurely in time, both from the historical point of view as archaeological, sociological, religious and legal, while we show the presence military, disorganized and unable to solve the problems at the frontiers. We also include the necessary conclusions as final thoughts on this historic moment as interesting as traditionally reviled.
