摘要：
Major progress has been achieved in recent years in the design and fabrication of optoelectronic components. This brings new possibilities for the development of optical techniques in the various fields of application, telecommunications, optical data storage and processing, observation. In this paper, some of these recent developments are described, based on devices fabricated on III-V and ferroelectric materials.
