摘要
Absorption, fluorescence and photoacoustic spectra of the cyanobacterium Tolypothrix tenuis adapted to "white", green and red radiation were studied. The measurements were done on cells embedded in polyvinyl alcohol films, which were stretched. Adaptation to different quality of radiation influenced not only the content of biliproteins in phycobilisomes but also the energy distribution between photosystems (PS 2 and PS 1) and the orientation of chlorophyll molecules in the photosynthetic apparatus.
